MEDICAL COVER
As these events are classed as smaller events, it is a requirement that each team who has entered the respective competitions should have a minimum of one trained First Aider in attendance and who will be available to deal with any potential injury proficiently.
It is a requirement for the host club to provide a designated First AId Co-ordinator to liaise with any emergency services should they be required to attend.
BARBARIANS TEAM
In the event of a team withdrawing from the competition on the day, please can I ask that any of the clubs in attendance at any venue who is not playing at the same time as the scheduled match for the absent club, provide sufficient players to form a "Barbarians" team to fulfil the fixtures in the spirit of Rugby.
