 The Hampshire RFU Competitions Committee have announced the league structure for the Solent League, Merit Tables and Colts League for the 2012/13 season. There is also a resumee of the regulations that have changed in terms of points deductions for not fulfilling fixtures, particularly on the Isle of Wight, and the situation of starting matches with uncontested scrums.
